"unlawful" and "denied".
According to the fatwa, Saeed is a man with

"shame to Islam and Muslims over the world".
"Subsequently, it is necessary for each
Muslim not to tail him and avoid his philosophy," it said.
The "fatwa" was issued in an answer
to an inquiry by one Mohd Moinuddin of Jaipur who had specified in his question
that Saeed considered those compositions against Allah and Prophet Mohammad as
Muslims.
In addition, Saeed broadcasted hostile to
religious belief system and perspectives and incited individuals to make dread,
Moinuddin said and asked whether such a man ought to be considered as Muslim.
In his 'fatwa', Mufti Saleem said that having
any kind of association with people conflicting with the poise of Allah and the
Prophet was illicit and 'haraam', a demonstration that is illegal by Allah.
It said subsequent to Saeed was having contacts
with such people, he has been pariah from Islam.
The decision approached on the heels of Saeed
asking Pakistan
Army Chief Gen Raheel Sharif to send troops to Kashmir to "comply"
the pending request of Pakistan author MA Jinnah.
Tending to a rally held under the pennant of
'Safeguard Council of Pakistan' in Karachi on Sunday, Saeed had asserted,
"Kashmiris had declared before the allotment that they needed to stay with
Pakistan. However, after the parcel, India persuasively sent Army to Jammu and
Kashmir.
"On this Quaid-e-Azam, Mohammad Ali
Jinnah requested his president to react by sending troops however he
cannot (to comply with his requests). Presently, I request that Gen Raheel
Sharif send troops in (Jammu and) Kashmir as Quaid-e-Azam's request is
pending," Saeed said.
He said he was not requesting a war with
India but rather they (Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Raheel) must shape a
procedure in regards to the Kashmir issue.
